Who we are
White Rose Flowers L.L.C ("White Rose", "we") is a florist in Rabdan, Abu Dhabi, UAE. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you order from us on our website, on WhatsApp, by phone or in our shops, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
For each order we collect your name, phone number and email; the recipient's name, phone number, delivery address and location pin; the card message; and your order and payment details. When you message us on WhatsApp we keep your messages, photos, voice notes, shared locations and contacts so our team can help you. We do not see or store your full card number — card payments are handled by our payment providers.
How we use it
We use your information to take and confirm your order, prepare and deliver it, contact you or the recipient about the delivery, send order updates (including on WhatsApp), handle payments, refunds and invoices, answer your questions, and keep our accounting records. We may use AI tools to help our staff read order details from your messages; a member of our team always checks the order.
Our WhatsApp numbers are connected to our order system, so chats with us are stored in our secure staff inbox — including messages sent from our WhatsApp Business app. We send order notifications on WhatsApp using templates approved by Meta. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and its own privacy policy also applies to your use of WhatsApp.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with: our payment providers (such as Paymob and Tabby) to process payments; our drivers and delivery partners (such as Slider) to deliver your order; Meta, which provides WhatsApp messaging; and service providers that host our systems. We never sell your personal information.
Cookies and advertising
Our website uses cookies and the Meta Pixel to keep your cart, understand how the site is used and measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as UAE law requires (for example, tax and VAT records). Other information, such as chat history, is kept only as long as we need it to serve you, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights and deleting your data
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, ask us to stop sending you offers, or ask us to delete it. To request deletion, email sales@whiteroseflowers.ae or send a WhatsApp message to +971 54 321 4150 from the number you used with us, saying "Delete my data". We will confirm and delete your information within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
Security
Your information is stored on secured servers, and only authorised staff can access it for their work.
