If you have a problem with us, you can’t sue us in court with other people.


If you have any problems with your order, please contact White Rose Flowers Customer Care Centre within 48 hours of delivery. We promise to deliver your order on time, but if it’s delayed by more than 4 hours, please let us know. However, we can’t be held responsible for any delays due to things outside our control. If the recipient’s information is wrong or they refuse to accept the gift, we can’t give you a refund. If you need a refund, it will be processed through the original payment method used. We’ll do our best to make it fast, but sometimes the bank takes longer to process.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your order 24 hours before the start of the delivery slot, or if the recipient refuses the order before it’s delivered, we’ll try our best to process your cancellation request and give you a full refund. However, once we receive your request, we start preparing your order to ensure it’s delivered on time, which makes it difficult to cancel. Please be aware that edible and brand items can’t be cancelled as they’re prepared more than 24 hours before delivery.

Cancellation of order by White Rose Flowers

White Rose Flowers may have to cancel your order in rare cases. If this happens, you may receive a full refund via bank or White Rose Flowers credit, depending on what White Rose Flowers decides. These situations may include not being able to confirm or deliver your order, the recipient’s address being outside of our delivery area, or if we are unable to process your order and we cannot find a suitable replacement after contacting you. We’re sorry, but if we have prepared your order and are unable to reach you or the recipient in a timely manner, or if we have attempted delivery more than 3 times within 48 hours, we cannot provide a refund.

Rescheduling Orders

We know that sometimes you might need to change the date of your order, and we will try our best to help. If your order hasn’t been prepared yet, you can change the date up to 10 days from the original date. If your order is already prepared, you can only change the date by a maximum of 48 hours so that we can make sure everything is still fresh and high quality. However, please note that you can’t reschedule edible and brand items.


If you ordered Products to be delivered in U.A.E., then you and White Rose Flowers LLC, Abu Dhabi are in a contract together.
